Vitario Partner Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Formation

These terms are concluded electronically between Vitario and the partner ("Partner") by ticking the acceptance checkbox and submitting the application form.

The agreement takes effect upon approval by Vitario. Vitario may reject any application without stating reasons.

2. Status of the Partner

The Partner is an independent party, not an employee or agent, and may not bind Vitario.

Commission is paid only to registered businesses able to issue a valid invoice. The Partner is solely responsible for their own taxes and contributions.

3. Partner code and discount

The Partner receives a unique code and link. New subscribers using it get 10% off Vitario web subscriptions.

The discount and commission apply only to payments made on vitariolife.com via Stripe; no commission is due on App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.

4. Commission

Prices displayed by Vitario are gross consumer prices including VAT. Commission is 25% of the actually collected, discounted subscription fee net of VAT, rising to 30% at 50 or more active paying subscribers.

Commission accrues only after a successfully paid invoice, on every renewal while the subscription is active (recurring). No commission is due for trials cancelled before the first payment.

In case of refund, chargeback or fraud, the related commission may be reversed or deducted from the next settlement.

5. Settlement and payout

Settlement is monthly. The Partner may request a payout once the balance reaches the minimum threshold; lower balances roll over.

Payout requires a valid invoice for the commission amount. Vitario pays within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

The minimum payout threshold is HUF 10,000 or EUR 30. Objections to a settlement must be raised within 30 days of the monthly statement.

6. Advertising disclosure

The Partner must clearly label all content promoting Vitario as advertising (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, #partner or the platform's paid-partnership label), in line with applicable consumer protection rules.

The Partner is liable for fines and damages arising from failure to disclose.

7. Prohibited conduct

Self-referral (using one's own code for oneself or relatives) is prohibited.

Bidding on "Vitario" or its misspellings in paid search (brand bidding), or creating accounts/domains impersonating Vitario, is prohibited.

Misleading claims, medical claims or guaranteed results, spam, and mass distribution on coupon sites are prohibited.

The Partner may not alter the Vitario name or logo, nor present itself as an official Vitario representative.

8. Data protection

The Partner receives no personal data about followers; only anonymous aggregated statistics are shown. Partner data is processed under the Vitario Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time by email. Earned commission above the payout threshold up to termination will be paid.

In case of breach or suspected fraud, Vitario may exclude the Partner with immediate effect and withhold unpaid commission.

After termination, no commission is due on future renewals.

10. Changes and miscellaneous

Vitario may amend these terms with at least 15 days' email notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Hungarian law governs. Matters not covered here are governed by the Vitario Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
