GDPR & your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the rights below. We respond to requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
1. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data — you can also edit it yourself in your profile.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): request deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.
- Restriction: ask us to only store your data temporarily.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable (JSON) format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or to marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent: for health-related data and marketing, at any time, with future effect.
2. How to submit a request
Email hello@vitariolife.com from the address linked to your account and state which right you wish to exercise. Full account and data deletion can also be started from your Profile page.
3. Data breaches
In case of a high-risk personal data breach we notify the authority within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay.
4. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu.
