1. The service

Vitario is an lifestyle application that builds a daily routine, diet and training plan from the data you provide, tracks weekly check-ins and offers chat support.

2. Registration and account

• You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to use the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide; inaccurate data leads to lower-quality plans.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and modules

• Free tier: names of routine, diet and workout items are visible, the detailed plan is locked.
• Nutri: daily routine + personalised diet + unlimited chat.
• Move: daily routine + personalised training plan + unlimited chat.
• Complete: daily routine + diet + training plan + unlimited chat at a discounted price.
• Every plan is available with monthly or yearly billing.

4. Trial and payment

• Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes payable and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
• In the Android app, purchases are processed through Google Play billing under Google Play's terms.
• Prices are shown in the stated currency and include VAT.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal, refunds

• You can cancel at any time on your Profile page; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Subscriptions bought through Google Play must be cancelled in the Google Play app (Subscriptions), and refunds are handled by Google under Google Play policies.
• As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; however, if you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge it, that right ends once performance begins.
• No refund is due for a period already started and used, unless required by law.

6. Health disclaimer

The service provides general lifestyle information and suggestions and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a chronic condition, are pregnant, take medication or have any health complaint, consult a doctor before starting. You follow the suggestions at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

• Reverse engineering, automated bulk querying or unauthorised reuse of content is prohibited.
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, including images of people other than yourself or images you have no rights to.
• Abusive use may lead to restriction or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual property

The service, brand, interface and content templates are the operator's intellectual property. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for the accuracy of generated suggestions, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or indirect damages.

10. Changes and termination

We may amend these Terms; we notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

Hungarian law applies. As a consumer you may turn to the conciliation body of your residence or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
